Sure. That’s true the women in Chiang Mai are significantly taller and
fit. Compare to the southern ladies are thinner and shorter.

Yes people in the North are fair and resemble Chinese . Some have have Chinese blood some look Chinese but are Thai . There are a lot of of girls from Changmai and Changrai in Hatyai and so here too they would look fair unless they are from Songkhla > ” Working girls ” in Pattaya not fair because Farang do NOT prefer fair !
Most central girls are not that fair but in Bangkok being the capital city – you can find people from all over
