im going to pattaya on march. i want to know :
1-how much is the price for entering to places and ticket (aquarium,minisyam,nongnoo,tiger zoo,riply,…)
2-is there any like dream world(bangkok)
3-is jomtien a safe & good for family?

Your question is a little involved! You can get prices by using Google for each place. Just vary how you ask the question and you will get useful links. If you intend to visit all of these places in only 4 to 7 days you will have a hard time doing it!
Jomtien and Pattaya in general will be safe enough for your family. Thousands of family groups visit Pattaya all the time. The malls are full of families. Where you will get in trouble is when you get drunk and act stupid or wander down dark places late at night waving money around. Just take normal precautions. Jomtien is not in the Pattaya City area. You can not easily walk from Jomtien to Pattaya. If you have a hotel in a remote area of Jomtien you may have to pay more for your transportation. Local transportation in the Pattaya area is only 10 baht.

Actually the price is very heavy .. most guys go there do not want to come back or they will come back minus the family!
