Where exactly is it at, and is a US citizen allowed to own it outright? If it’s a nice place and for the right price, I may know somebody that’s interested, more details please.

i will give you 30,000 for it.

you can not own property in Thailand you can own the house but not the land it is on, you can lease the land but that is not ownership. the blog page showns an apartment or condo not a house. I think your full of it. my offer was 30,000 baht not dollars.

There are “International” Real Estate Co. that would be happy to have your business and do a good job for you. Google “Real Estate Co, Thailand” and select from several.

You and the others who bought houses in Thailand will always have problems selling again.
Because only stupid foreigners will pay so much for a house.

Locals, and foreigner living here for years know the real prices for houses.

  6. spanky says:

well, good luck – try a local realtor but I doubt there is any quick fix – I see foreigners buy here, I never here abt anyone who sells anything – - its a funny mkt and especially so for “used” homes – there is shoddy workmanship. things deteriorate etc.. I think Thais put a value on the land only in most cases… you might also want to try baht and sold magazine…
