Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Holds Cordon Vert™ Spring Recipe Contest

On Saturday, May 5, four talented Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students competed in a contest to create their own asparagus appetizer recipe. Their recipes had to meet the following criteria:
- Is vegetarian
- Includes asparagus
- Is an appetizer
- Is original
- Costs less than $ 20 for ingredients
- Can be made in less than 1hr 30mins
The competition was very fierce but after judging it was Bakti Hariyo Suseto who won the contest with his dish “Terrific Light.” The dish was original, tasty, and flawlessly executed.
Congratulations to the competitors! All the appetizers were delicious.
