Ottawa, ON (April 28, 2012) – A talented group of Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students, alumni, and Chefs volunteered their time to create iconic French desserts and memorable showpieces for the 10th Annual Snowflake Ball.
Working tirelessly, they were able to construct a magnificent chocolate “Spring Time” Eiffel Tower and a sugar show piece, make delectable desserts, and staff a dessert crepe station for the Late Night Dessert Buffet.
