More than 2000 personnel will be deployed here over the next few years and adds to America’s military footprint in such countries as the Philippines and Singapore – all in China’s backyard. Go back to school…the Korean War never ended,they reached a stalemate.The U.S. and South Korea did not sign a peace treaty with North Korea. They only signed a cease fire agreement, so no one has really won yet.
